PLCPlus Landscaping Saskatoon is owned and operated by Rafal Kajdas, a Red Seal Journeyman Landscape Horticulturalist with over 20 years of experience in construction and landscape development.

Rafal began his career in 2001 after graduating from trade school with a Building Construction Technician diploma. He further advanced his expertise at Olds College in Alberta, one of Canada’s leading institutions for landscaping education, where he earned his Red Seal certification.

With a strong foundation in both construction and landscaping, we focus on building outdoor spaces that are not only visually appealing but structurally sound and long-lasting . With over two decades of hands-on experience and formal training, your project is handled with the knowledge and attention to detail required to deliver reliable, high-quality results.
