PLCPlus Landscaping Saskatoon is owned and operated by Rafal Kajdas, a Red Seal Journeyman Landscape Horticulturalist with over 20 years of experience in construction and landscape development.

Rafal began his career in 2001 after graduating from trade school with a Building Construction Technician diploma. He further advanced his expertise at Olds College in Alberta, one of Canada’s leading institutions for landscaping education, where he earned his Red Seal certification.

Rafal holds certification through the Canadian Masonry and Hardscape Association (CMHA), demonstrating professional training in proper base preparation, drainage, and industry-approved paving stone installation methods designed to perform in Saskatchewan’s freeze–thaw climate.

With a strong foundation in both construction and landscaping, PLCPlus Landscaping focuses on building outdoor spaces that are not only visually appealing but structurally sound and long-lasting. With over two decades of hands-on experience and formal training, your project is handled with the knowledge and attention to detail required to deliver reliable, high-quality results in Saskatoon’s demanding climate conditions.
